These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Raddak website and service ("Raddak", "we", "us", "the Service"). By using the website or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Description of the service

Raddak helps small business owners (restaurants, clinics, salons) monitor their Google and Facebook reviews from one place, and get an instant WhatsApp alert when a new review arrives, with an AI-suggested reply in Arabic, English, or Arabizi — which you approve with one tap before it's posted.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and formally authorized to represent the business you connect to the Service (owner, partner, or authorized employee).

3. Connecting your accounts & access permissions

To activate the Service, you grant us OAuth access to your Google Business Profile and/or Facebook Page, solely to read your reviews and post the replies you approve. You may revoke this access at any time directly from your Google or Facebook account settings, or by asking us to disconnect it. You're responsible for keeping the WhatsApp number linked to your account reachable for alerts.

4. Plans & pricing

The currently available plan is a single plan priced at 25 JD/month, with a launch offer of 10 JD for the first month. We may introduce additional plans with different features in the future. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 7 days' notice before any renewal affected by the change.

5. Payment & renewal

• Payment is made via Jordan's CliQ service, currently handled manually — you send payment to our designated account, and we activate your subscription manually once received
• We send a WhatsApp reminder 3 days before your renewal date
• If payment isn't received on time, your account gets a 3-day grace period, then moves to a "frozen" state: read-only, with all your data fully preserved, and reactivates immediately once payment is received

6. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time, which stops the next renewal. Amounts already paid for past periods are non-refundable. Your data remains stored for a reasonable period after cancellation, and you may request permanent deletion at any time.

7. Your use of the service

You agree not to use Raddak for any unlawful or misleading purpose, and not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, reverse-engineer them, or resell the Service without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Raddak platform, software, and brand belong to us. Your data, your customers' reviews, and your business content remain yours.

9. Disclaimer on performance & AI

The Service is provided "as is". Statistics we cite on our website and in marketing (such as the impact of reviews on revenue) come from third-party studies and research for illustrative purposes only, and are not a promise or guarantee of specific results for your business. You approve every reply before it's posted, and you bear responsibility for reply content once approved and published under your name.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11. Reliance on third-party platforms

The Service depends on APIs operated by Google and Meta (Facebook and WhatsApp), and may be affected by changes to their policies, availability, or APIs beyond our control. We will work to adapt to any such changes as quickly as possible.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or for non-payment after the grace period ends, notifying you in advance whenever possible.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect any change. Continuing to use the Service after an update is posted constitutes your acceptance of it.
