Raddak ("Raddak", "we", "us", "the Service") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect from you and your business, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can control it. By using the Raddak website or its services, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Raddak is currently operated by an individual owner based in Amman, Jordan, helping restaurant, clinic, and salon owners monitor and respond to their Google and Facebook reviews over WhatsApp. This section will be updated once the service is registered as a formal business entity.

2. Data we collect

When you fill out the contact form on the website: your name and phone number or email, used only to open a WhatsApp conversation with you — this is not stored on any other external server.

When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of the messages you send us.

Once you become a subscribed customer (after full launch):

• Your business info: name, type, area, and any "voice" or facts you choose to guide the AI-drafted replies
• The OAuth access you grant us to your Google Business Profile and/or Facebook Page, so we can read your reviews and post replies on your behalf once you approve them
• Review text and star ratings from your connected accounts, AI-drafted reply suggestions, and final replies after your edits or approval
• Your subscription and billing history (payment date, plan, status) — we do not store your card or bank details; payments are made directly via CliQ between your bank account and ours

3. How we use your data

• To run the service: monitor your reviews, send WhatsApp alerts, draft AI reply suggestions, and post the replies you approve
• To improve reply quality over time, based on the edits you make
• To manage your subscription and send renewal reminders
• To respond to your questions and support requests
• To comply with legal obligations where required

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone. We share the minimum data necessary with the following service providers, only to run Raddak:

• Google (Google Business Profile API): to read your reviews and post approved replies
• Meta (Facebook Graph API and WhatsApp Cloud API): to read your Facebook Page reviews, and to send alerts and receive your replies over WhatsApp
• AI provider (Anthropic Claude API and/or OpenAI API): review text is sent only to draft a suggested reply
• Hosting providers: Vercel for the website, and a VPS for the database and backend once the full product launches

5. Where your data is stored

Your data may be processed or stored on servers located outside Jordan, depending on the location of the providers listed above. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and limit access to those who genuinely need it to run the service.

6. How long we keep your data

Contact-form data is kept until you ask us to delete it or you become a subscribed customer. Subscribed customers' data (reviews, replies, business info) is kept for the duration of your subscription, including during a frozen period after a missed payment — this is intentional, so you don't lose your data if a renewal is late. You can request permanent deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data, to object to its use, and to withdraw the OAuth access you granted us at any time — either from your Google/Facebook account settings directly, or by asking us to disconnect it on your behalf. 8. Children

Raddak is intended for adult business owners (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data belonging to minors.

9. Cookies & local storage

The website currently only uses local storage (localStorage) to remember your preferred language (Arabic/English) between visits. We do not currently use third-party tracking or analytics tools. We will update this policy if that changes.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect any change, and we'll notify subscribed customers of material changes via WhatsApp or email.
